Hop on the Massage Tracker Train
Patented Design
Patent # D721,819
The Massage Tracker was designed to use over clothing without catching or on bare skin.
Allergy warning for people who have any latex allergies, tennis balls are made of latex, so do not use directly on skin if you have severe latex allergies. We are also working on offering a latex free ball in the future.
The tennis ball in the massage tracker is not attached so it can also be taken out and utilized in many other different ways to provide muscle pain relief.
The tennis ball should be placed into the hand held Massage Tracker device then applied to the area of soreness or tightness.
Once you have rolled the tennis ball with the Massage Tracker device over to the problem muscle then you can apply pressure as needed while at the same time moving the tennis ball back and forth. It can also be used stationary over the problem muscle by applying even more pressure for deep muscle penetration and trigger point release.
Ways to use your Massage Tracker (Shown in the Pictures below):
Picture #1 = As described above
Picture #2 = The large radius edge can be used as a blade to drag over leg and arm muscles.
Picture #3 = The four round protusions on each corner can be used for trigger point release.
